Rebar weight schedule.
Build a quick cutting-list check with multiple bar diameters, cutting lengths, quantities, ordering allowance, and weight in kilograms and tonnes.
Enter every bar mark.
Use centre-line cutting lengths from the current BBS. Add one row for each diameter and cutting length combination.
A small bar bending schedule check.
For each line, total length equals cutting length × quantity. Unit mass uses the standard site approximation d²/162 kg per metre, where d is the nominal diameter in millimetres.
Line weights are added before the ordering allowance. The equivalent stock-bar count simply divides total allowed length by the stock length; actual procurement must use a cutting plan to account for offcuts.
This tool checks quantities only. It does not design reinforcement, calculate development length, or replace the approved structural drawings and bar bending schedule.
